Exchange & Return Period
Customers have the right to exchange or return products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Conditions for Exchange & Return

The product must be in its original condition and unused
All tags and original packaging must be intact and in good condition

Shipping Fees

If the exchange or return is requested due to the customer’s preference, the customer will bear the shipping costs
If the exchange or return is due to an error from our side or a product defect, Bags & more will cover all shipping costs
