Customers are entitled to return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging intact.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival, and once approved, the necessary procedures will be completed.

Shipping Fees

If the return or exchange is requested by the customer, shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part or a product defect, bags&more will cover all shipping costs.
