Orders & Payment Policy

Orders are confirmed once all required information is correctly provided.

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes, if any.

We offer multiple payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, or Online Payment (when available).

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered to all Egyptian governorates within 2 to 7 business days.

Shipping fees vary depending on the location and are clearly shown before order completion.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition and unused.

The customer bears shipping costs for returns or exchanges unless the issue is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).
