Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the governorate and delivery address.

Opening the Package Upon Delivery

We give our customers the full right to open and inspect the package upon delivery to ensure satisfaction and that the received product matches the order.

Refusing the Shipment

If the product does not meet the customer’s preference after inspection, the customer may refuse to receive the shipment, provided that shipping fees will be borne by the customer if the reason is personal preference and not a product issue.

If there is a problem with the product or an error in the order on our part, bags&more will cover all shipping costs and work immediately to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

At bags&more, we offer fast and secure shipping options across all Egyptian governorates. Rates are as follows:

Zone 1

Cairo, Giza, 6th of October, Helwan, Suez
Shipping Fee: EGP 70 per order

Zone 2

Port Said, Ismailia, Alexandria, Beheira, Sharqia, Dakahlia, Damietta, Gharbia, Kafr El Sheikh, Menoufia, Qalyubia
Shipping Fee: EGP 70 per order

Zone 3

Beni Suef, Fayoum, Minya, Sohag, Qena, Luxor, Aswan, Assiut
Shipping Fee: EGP 100 per order

Zone 4

Matrouh, South Sinai, North Sinai, New Valley, Red Sea
Shipping Fee: EGP 100 per order

Notes

All prices are fixed per order up to 1 kg. In case of significantly higher weight, additional fees may apply according to the shipping provider’s policy.

Standard delivery time ranges from 1 to 3 business days, and may extend up to 5 business days in some cases depending on the location.

Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays are not counted as business days.
