Exchange & Return Period
Customers have the right to exchange or return products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
Conditions for Exchange & Return
- The product must be in its original condition and unused
- All tags and original packaging must be intact and in good condition
- The product will be inspected upon arrival, and once approved, the necessary procedures will be completed
Shipping Fees
- If the exchange or return is requested due to the customer’s preference, the customer will bear the shipping costs
- If the exchange or return is due to an error from our side or a product defect, Bags & more will cover all shipping costs
